Mussoorie – Dehradun - Haridwar - Rishikesh

Mussoorie  The Honeymoon capital of India.   Mussoorie, the most popular hill stations of India, and is called the Queen among the hill stations.  Mussoorie at a height of around 7000 ft above the sea level, straddles a ridge in the Garhwal Himalayas - a region which is developing into a major tourism destination. The holy and mighty river Ganga & famous river Jamuna is visible from one end of the ridge. Best Season : The town is accessible all year round. Summer months will require light woolen clothing and winter- heavy woolen.

Dehradun is the capital of Uttarakhand, This beautiful City is known as the gateway to Mussoorie and the Garhwal Interiors. The holy River Ganga and Yamuna criss-cross the city quite beautifully. The city has a rich and ancient history. Under the British, Dehradun became an elite town with many a fine institution like Forest Research Institute, Doon and Welham Schools, Many more, like the ONGC and Wadia Institute of Himalayan Studies, were added in time. Dehradun has now become an important tourist destination.

Day 01:- Mussoorie Sightseeing

​

On arrival pick up from Dehradun Railway station / Airport and proceed toward Mussoorie Hotel.Post Lunch Half Day Sightseeing. Evening free for Shopping. Dinner & Overnight at hotel.

Municipal Garden : This picnic spot has a beautiful garden and an artificial mini lake with boating facilities. 
Lal Tibba: Mussoorie’s highest peak, offers amazing views of the snow-capped Himalayan range in all its glory. 
Happy Valley: The famous IAS Academy is located in this beautiful and picturesque valley.

​Day 02 :- Mussoorie Full Day Sightseeing

​

After breakfast at hotel, start full day sightseeing tour. Evening back to hotel for Overnight stay in hotel.


Nag Devta Temple : An ancient temple provides a charming view of Doon Valley and Mussoorie.

Camel's Back Road : It is a popular road for  grand spot for sunset view. 
Kempty Falls : The largest and prettiest waterfall in the valley and is surrounded by high mountains. 
Gun Hill :  A ropeway ride is also available to this second highest peak of Mussoorie. 

Other Near By Tourist Places: 
Bhatta Fall, Adventure Park, Mossy Falls, Jharipani Falls & Himalayan Adventure Institute.


Day 03:-  Mussoorie – Dehradun - Haridwar

After breakfast at hotel, start drive to Dehradun (approx 2 hours). Uppon arrive in Dehradun enjoy great sightseeing.  Start your journey to Haridwar. Check in to the hotel at arrival. Evening visit Har Ki Pauri for Famous Ganga Arti. Dinner and overnight stay at Haridwar.

 

Important Sightseeing :  Sahastradhara, Robber’s Cave, Lachhiwala, Malsi Deer Park, 

Important Temple: Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple, Mindrolling Monastery, Tapovan Temple,

Shopping: Paltan Bazaar

Other Sightseeing  Places: Forest Research Institute, Zonal Anthropological Museum, 

Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology,  Tiger Falls  - Chakrata  (98km From Dehradun)



​Day 04 :- Haridwar to Rishikesh (30 kms/ 1 hrs) 
 

Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel. Visit famous Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi Templs by cable car in Haridwar.  Transfer to Rishikesh. Check in to hotel. Visit Triveni Ghat for Ganga Aarti. Dinner and night stay at Rishikesh. 


Har Ki Pauri: The floral diyas in the river is the enchanting sight in the twilight during the Aarti ceremony at the ghat.
Chandi Devi Temple: This temple is on the top of a hill called the Neel Parvat, on the other side of the river Ganga. 
Mansa Devi Temple: Statue of the Goddess has three mouths and five arms while the other statue has eight arms.
Daksha Mahadev Mandir: An ancient shrine located at Kankhal, and is one of the five sacred places around Haridwar.
Saptarishi Ashram: The Ganges flows in seven streams in front of this Ashram, hence also called Sapt Sarovar.

Other Important Temples: Maya Devi Temple, Pawan Dham & Parad Shivling. 
 



Day 05 :- Rishikesh Tour (30 kms/ 1 hr)

 

Morning after breakfast enjoy full day Rishikesh sightseeing tour. Kaudiyala - Rafting in river ganga. Transfer to Bus stand Transfer to Delhi

Bharat Mandir : Built by Adiguru Shankra Chrya arround 12th centuray, situated in the Banks of the Ganges.
Lakshman Jula & Ram Jhula : The 450 feet long iron suspended bridges,  also visit Trayambakeshwar temple, Ram temple & Laxman temple.
Rishikund :  The hot water spring with various mythological references. Being part of Raghunath temple and close to Shani and Triveni Sangam.
Triveni Ghat : is among the most sacred ghats with a congruence of 3 rivers – Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati
Geeta Bhawan : The famous Indian epic Ramayana and Mahabharta are described here on the walls.

Mall Road is the main shopping hub in Mussoorie. Most of the hill station’s famous stores are all located here. The shops here sell everything from electronics to consumer durables and even everyday essentials.

The Tibetan Market

At this market, you will find many shops and stalls run by local Tibetans. At these stores, you can shop for a variety of winter clothes, shawls, Tibetan woodwork and prayer wheels. The market is also famous for its footwear and woven carpets. There are a few food stalls too serving momos and other delicious Tibetan delicacies.

  • Rs. 2000 Non Refundable Booking advance

  • 40 to 21 days before departure: 60% of the tour cost

  • 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost

  • 100% for  Flight cost at the time of Booking

Cancellation Policy

​

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason then Guest shall confirm the same with Registered e mail within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges.

  • Cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation

  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.

  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities.

  • The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

  • Cancellation charges for Hotel  are applicable as per the rules of the concerned Hotel
